What’s included in the basic price of our service?

 

+ Equipment and Cleaning Materials are provided by the company.

+ Trained and Experienced Cleaners. We work with teams of two.

+ 48 Hours Guarantee. If you were not happy with any aspect of our service, please e-mail us photos of the areas that have not met your expectations and/or .pdf file of the inventory check report you have received from your estate agent no later than 48 hours after service's completion. After investigating the issue we can arrange free of charge re-clean service!

+ Public Liability Insurance.

OUR END OF TENANCY CLEANING INVOLVES TOP TO BOTTOM FLAWLESS CLEANING OF THE WHOLE PROPERTY. BELOW IS A SHORT GUIDANCE OF WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE, BUT WE WILL NEVER LEAVE A SQUARE INCH UNCLEANED, SO YOU CAN BE ASSURED YOU WILL GET THE HIGHEST QUALITY SERVICE. EVERY TIME!

What’s NOT included in the basic price of this service?

 

 

Although you may find some of these tasks on our checklist above, they come upon request and will increase the total price for your booking. We charge extra for:
 

- Extra Rooms/Areas – We apply extra charge from £25 per extra room, in case there is any (study, dining room, loft, office etc.). Conservatories cost £35 extra.
- Additional Bathroom – We apply extra charge in amount of £15 for any additional bathroom, shower room, toilet or en-suite. Note that one (main) bathroom is included in the basic price of the service!

- Furniture Cleaning - We charge £15 if there is any furniture in the property;
- External Window Cleaning – We apply extra charge from £25 if you wish to add External Window Cleaning to your appointment. Note that we only clean windows that are reachable from within the property!

- Balcony –We apply extra charge from £25 for every balcony you add to your cleaning service. Balcony Cleaning involves sweeping and/or washing of the balcony floor, wiping of handrails, guardrails and windows externally (on the balcony only).
- Walls Spot Cleaning – We do not provide this service as some of the walls might get damaged instead. However, this usually is not part of the requirements of the estate agents.
- Carpet and/or Upholstery Steam Cleaning – If you wish to include Carpet and/or Upholstery Steam Cleaning to your booking we will have to know which rooms in your property have carpeted floors (or which items are upholstered), and whether you wish to include all listed rooms/items in this service, in order to calculate the total price for your booking. Please note that you can actually save some money for your appointment with one of our amazing offers.

- After Builders Cleaning – Please note that we do not provide this service at the moment. If this is the case with your property, please let us know, as this might change the conditions and the price of this service. We can’t guarantee perfect results, when traces of paint and other construction materials are found in the property.

-- Excessive Amounts of Rubbish - The property must be cleared of rubbish before the cleaning could start
- Garage or Garden Cleaning – We do not provide this service at the moment.
- Congestion Zone Charge – £15 – this is chargeable to all vehicles that enter the Congestion Zone in Central London. Please see:

- ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone) Charge - £12.50 – see the link above
- Parking Expences – we do not cover the parking expenses. If you can provide your own parking slot that would be greatly appreciated. If not, the cleaners might have to pay for a parking slot in the area and the cost for this will be added to the invoice at the end of the cleaning
