Accuracy of Information
The user confirms that all information provided during registration or in any form submission is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of their knowledge. Misrepresentation of information may result in suspension or termination of the user's account.

Sharing of Information
The user consents to the sharing of the information provided in the form with other users of the platform, solely for the purposes of facilitating the services offered, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information will be handled with care and used only as necessary to deliver the services.

Role of Book a Service London Ltd.
The user understands that Book a Service London Ltd. and its associated website serve exclusively as intermediaries between clients and cleaning professionals. The company does not employ or endorse any cleaner and is not involved in the actual cleaning services provided.

Limitation of Liability
Book a Service London Ltd. shall not be held liable for any outcomes, interactions, or disputes arising between customers and cleaning professionals. All engagements are entered into at the users’ own risk.

Dispute Resolution
The user agrees that any disputes or issues arising from the services must be resolved directly between the customer and the cleaner. Book a Service London Ltd. will not mediate or intervene in disputes but may provide guidance on how to resolve conflicts if requested.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are solely responsible for obtaining and verifying all necessary documentation from cleaners, including but not limited to proof of identity, right to work in the UK, references, DBS checks, and valid Public Liability Insurance. Customers should also ensure that the cleaner is capable of fulfilling any specific needs or requirements related to the service.

Cleaner Responsibilities
Cleaners must ensure that they provide accurate and up-to-date information in their profiles and communications. They are responsible for maintaining valid documentation, including proof of identity, right to work, DBS checks, and Public Liability Insurance, and must be prepared to provide this information upon request by customers.

No Obligation to Book
Customers are under no obligation to book a service with any cleaner contacted through the platform. Likewise, cleaners are not obligated to provide services. Bookings should only proceed when both parties are fully satisfied with the terms and conditions agreed upon.

Service Customization and Guidelines
Any checklists provided on our website are intended as general guidelines. Cleaners are expected to familiarize themselves with these guidelines, but it is the client’s responsibility to confirm the specific tasks that each cleaner is willing to perform as part of the service. Customization of services is encouraged to ensure customer satisfaction.

Pricing
Prices listed on our website are for reference only. The most accurate pricing will be provided by individual cleaners based on the specifics of the requested service. Both parties have the freedom to negotiate terms, including pay rates, which may vary depending on factors such as property condition and additional tasks requested. It is advisable for both parties to agree on pricing before the commencement of services.

Payments
All financial transactions and arrangements are to be conducted directly between the customer and the cleaner. Book a Service London Ltd. is not responsible for payment collection or disputes related to payments. Cleaners should ensure they have a clear agreement with the customer regarding payment terms before starting any service.

User Conduct
Users are expected to interact with one another professionally and respectfully. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension or termination.

User Reviews and Feedback
Users may leave reviews and feedback based on their experiences. Book a Service London Ltd. reserves the right to moderate reviews to ensure they are fair, relevant, and respectful. False or misleading reviews may be removed, and repeat offenders may face account suspension.

Platform Maintenance and Updates

Termination of Account

Please be aware that the cleaners listed on this platform are independent contractors and are not affiliated with Book a Service London Ltd. We are not liable for their actions and will not participate in any disputes that may arise during or after the booking process.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we strongly recommend that you request a valid vaccination certificate or other relevant documentation from any cleaner you meet with.
